Chicken meatballs with beans

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    400 g

  • Bread

    1 slice

  • Beans

    2 can

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Tomato paste

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Chicken fillet together with the soaked and wrung out piece of white bread mince. In forcemeat add the egg, salt, pepper and knead well.

Carrot and onion peel, onion cut into quarters rings, carrot grate on a coarse grater. Saute in vegetable oil.

Onion and carrot to combine with the beans (without the liquid), stir, season with a little salt and pepper.

Of minced meat formed into meatballs and fry on all sides until Golden brown in vegetable oil.

Sour cream mix with tomato paste, salt, pepper and mix thoroughly.

In a saucepan put the vegetables, then the meatballs, pour the sauce, mix gently, bring to boil and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.

You can serve the meatballs with mashed potatoes (I served with pasta) and beans from the sauce. Bon appetit!
