Ingredients

  • Fish

  • Cream

  • Butter

  • Olive oil

  • Parmesan

  • Potatoes

  • Rosemary

  • Lemon juice

  • Spices

  • Lemon peel

  • Tomato

Cooking

Fish season with salt and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Foil to build simple plates, similar to the shape of the fish.

To the cream add the finely chopped rosemary, lemon zest, salt and pepper, beat slightly.

Fish fry in mixture of butter and olive oil on each side for 1 minute. NOT IRIARTE FISH!!!

Put in plates of foil, pour the remaining oil from the frying pan, put to decorate the tomatoes and pour in the whipped cream. Sprinkle the top with a little Parmesan cheese.

Put in a preheated 220 degree oven for 12-17 minutes.

Potatoes wash, cut in half, season with salt and drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with spices. Put in microwave for about 12-15 minutes. ATTENTION!!! EVERY MICROWAVE IS DIFFERENT.
