Potato casserole with eggs, very popular with the children - unusual design, and adults too. Very long ago I saw in the magazine "Gusto", made a son called pie eyed.

Cooking
Boil the potatoes, make mashed potatoes adding butter and potato broth (or add instead of a decoction of warm milk). Divided into 2 parts. Season the mince with salt, pepper, add crushed garlic (optional, to taste) - to fry together with the finely chopped onions. Sheet grease, sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Spread one portion of mashed potatoes on the sheet.
Spread mashed potatoes all prepared and slightly cooled ground beef.
Then put the second part of the mashed potatoes and spoon to make a deep round indentations.
Grease the potatoes with mayonnaise, in addition to recesses. To put in heated to 230-250 degrees oven for 25-30 minutes. Pull the casserole out of the oven and start in deepening pour the eggs (after each egg to break on a saucer to not fall accidentally spoiled), lightly salt each egg.
Place into the oven for 15-20 minutes, once the whites with the yolk grab - pulls. I made this picture. Lay on plates, decorate with green onion, dill, or not decorate, and eat with ketchup or some sauce. Bon appetit!
