Vanilla cupcakes with jam

Ingredients

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Powdered sugar

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Flour

    210 g

  • Soda

    0.333 tsp

  • Jam

    200 g

  • Vanilla

  • Egg white

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    240 g

  • Water

    90 ml

  • Citric acid

    0.2 tsp

Cooking

Soft beat butter with powdered sugar in a white fluffy mass. Then one at a time beat eggs.

Add milk, soda, vanilla and flour. Stir. Distribute the batter in the muffins cups, slightly more than half of the form. Bake at 180 C for 30 minutes.

Cupcakes are cooled. They take out the middle. Fill with favorite jam.

For the cream put on to cook syrup from sugar and water. When it boils, add citric acid. Cook the syrup to 120C.

Simultaneously with the cooking of the syrup, whisk in a solid foam proteins. Then pour in a thin stream to proteins in the prepared syrup. Continue a lot to beat until it turn into a lush, sustainable cream.
