Turkey meatballs stuffed with feta
Very simple and quick recipe for summer days. Tender meatballs made of Turkey with notes of lemon and cheese will appeal to lovers of a light dinner.

Ingredients

  • Minced Turkey

  • Lemon juice

Prepare the necessary ingredients. In a pot of boiling water add the rice in batches, season with salt and cook for 30 minutes. I have rice in packages TM Mistral "amber".
