I love to cook cod. She has a lot of advantages: useful, non-greasy, inexpensive, and most importantly - there are so many ways to make it delicious. Today I offer to cook cod under the gentle blanket of vegetables and roasted milk-cream sauce. Try it, You'll like it!

Cooking
Let's start with vegetables. Leeks cut in rings, carrots grate on medium grater. Passeruem in vegetable oil. Lightly season with salt.
Boil milk and cream sauce. It is the same as the Bechamel: heat the skillet, melt the butter and mix it with the flour.
Then pour at once the milk and cream, mixed in a single container, and begin intensively stirring with a whisk. Cook until thick, season with salt. If the sauce still has lumps, strain it through a sieve.
My cod, dry it and put in a baking dish. Top just add salt.
Spread on cod fry vegetables and evenly distribute the sauce on top.
Put in oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Bon appetit!)
