Cooking
Dough. You can prepare the dough. This is how I cook: 1 kg flour, 1 tbsp salt, 2 cups water, mix all and knead the dough, leave to rest for 1 hour.
Filling. Wash the greens well. To harazat all not very finely. Add salt, pepper and vegetable oil, mix well and ready.
Divide the dough into separate balls. Each ball roll out into a thin pellet.
Spread the filling. Well stung each pie.
On a dry frying pan to lay out the cakes, leave until the dough is ready (approximately 1-2 minutes each side) and the pies will be Golden brown.
Scones can be eaten hot or cold - they are always delicious :-P. to Serve with red wine. Bon appetit!!!
