Lemon jelly with chocolate
My sister and brother and I, we all adore jelly. Once I asked my mother to teach me how to cook it. Since then, I often prepare jelly from different fruits. Lemon jelly is my favorite, it is sweet and sour. Very tasty to eat it with bitter chocolate.

Ingredients

  • Brown sugar

    1 cup

  • Lemon

    2 piece

  • Cardamom

    1 tsp

  • Gelatin

    10 g

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

This is what we need. Gelatin is different, I have one that must be dissolved in hot water.

Grate the zest and squeeze the juice from the lemons. Juice should be half-Cup.

Mix the juice, zest, sugar, cardamom and hot water. If cardamom beans, don't forget to remove it before you pour into molds.

Put on the stove and preheat. Add gelatin and stir until dissolved. Cool.

Silicone molds sprinkle cold water and pour into them jelly. I got 5 pieces, just the number of family members. Put in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

Grate the chocolate on a coarse grater.

When the jelly hardens, put it in bowls and sprinkle with chocolate.
