Description
Tender meatballs nice contrast with the spicy sauce and sesame seeds. It's a real lifesaver for busy Housewives. They can be baked in advance and then just warm up in the sauce. And you can make more and freeze, and you will always have on hand a delicious and hearty dish.

Cooking
Soak bread in small amount of milk. Mince fillet, soaked bread. Mix with salt, chilli flakes, chopped garlic and onion, add egg. Mix well and leave for 15-20 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Moisten hands in water and roll of minced meat meatballs the size of a walnut. Bake on the baking sheet for about 20 minutes.
While meatballs are cooking the gravy. In a small bowl, combine grated ginger, honey, vinegar and soy sauce.
Remove meatballs from oven, slightly cool, place in the pan. Pour the sauce and cook, lightly shaking the pan, until the sauce has evaporated.
Sesame seeds brown, finely chop the parsley or cilantro. Sprinkle meatballs.
