Casserole of chicken liver Appetizing
Bright and hearty, layered casserole is delicious both hot and cold. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    5 piece

  • Cheese

    180 g

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Chicken liver

    800 g

Cooking

Eggplant pan and cut washers. Spread on the bottom of the form, greased with vegetable oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Cut tomatoes in slices, lay on the eggplant.

The next layer of chicken liver, washed and chopped (don't forget to season with spices to taste).

Then again, tomatoes and dill.

On top of the cheese.

Followed by the liver. (Don't forget to season with spices to taste).

Then the eggplant and cheese.

Finely chop the garlic and mix with sour cream, spread on the surface. (I added 3 tablespoons of tomato juice, this is optional).

Close foil and place in preheated до180°C oven for 40-45 minutes. For 10-15 minutes until cooked remove foil.
