Cooking
To form small patties. I have cutlets of veal with a small amount of bread. Heat the pan with melted butter and put cutlets. Fry both sides until light blush.
To peel onions. Chop the onion feathers, approximately 1 mm thick.
Fried both sides of the cutlets to shift to the edge of the pan or just put from the pan.
Put onions into the pan. Add fire and fry a couple of minutes.
Mix the sour cream with mustard. I used grainy mustard.
Shift the cutlets on the bow. Reduce the heat.
Put the creamy mustard mixture. Cover and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
