Description

The salad appetizer. A hearty and delicious dish of chicken and fried onions.

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    1 piece

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Mayonnaise

  • Sugar

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Butter

Boil chicken to readiness, to separate the fibers by hand. Onion cut into half rings.

In a frying pan heat a small knob of butter, add a little vegetable.

Add the onion and fry for five minutes, then add the sugar and fry until Golden brown. Next, add the flour and fry well (so the onions were crispy).

Dish to grease with mayonnaise, put the chicken, then the mayonnaise, the next layer of the onion (with the liquid from roasting).

To allow to stand.
