Vienna fruit pie
Summer, tender and flavorful cake I bring to Your attention. Recipe found on one of the sites, wandering through the expanses of the Internet.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    140 g

  • Sugar

    6 Tbsp

  • Juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Egg white

    5 piece

  • Strawberries

    500 g

For this delicate and fragrant pie, we need these products.

Flour, egg yolks, butter and grape juice knead the dough.

Leave it in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Chilled dough roll out to a thickness of 0.7 cm, place on a greased baking sheet,
