Stale in my refrigerator a couple Baranchikov and some strawberries... Just fruit salad is no longer wanted, and came up with the idea.. That's what happened...

Cooking
So, let's start. Whisk the eggs with the sugar (the longer you beat the softer the cake will turn out better with a mixer)
Then add fermented baked milk, soda, vanilla and again whisk
Gradually introduce the flour, mix well (whisk with a mixer) to avoid lumps. The dough resembles thick sour cream. And at the end pour in the sunflower oil
For the filling, cut into slices bananas and strawberries
On a baking sheet, zastelennye with parchment paper, pour half of the batter, spread carefully our fruit (I did layer the bananas and strawberries on top) and pour the remaining batter. Put in preheated oven - 180 deg. and bake until cooked, I baked for about 40 minutes.
Here is our cake-pudding is ready. The pudding because the cake turned out moist, at first I thought that is not cooked, but when it cooled, the taste turned out excellent. IT IS NECESSARY TO WAIT FOR COOLING!!! So our cake is well saturated and slightly hardens!!!
