Yogurt from sour milk with granola
A quick and delicious Breakfast.

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Oat flakes

    200 g

  • Nuts

    3 Tbsp

  • Cherry

    3 Tbsp

  • Banana

    1 piece

  • Puree berry

    3 Tbsp

Once the technology of making yogurt has become for me a happy discovery. So, freeze the yogurt directly in Tetra Pak cartons. Be stored in the freezer it can be quite long. Just when I want yogurt, take out and defrost, and then recline on a sieve, covered with gauze, folded in several layers. After 15 minutes the yogurt will be ready.

Now prepare the granola. Baking tray lay a baking paper and lightly grease with vegetable oil. A thin layer, to place it oat flakes and sprinkle them with water.

On top evenly sprinkle with sugar.

Bake in the oven at t 210 degrees until Golden brown. It took me about 15 minutes. For cereals should be looking out for, to avoid burning, and stir a couple of times for even roasting. Here's how they look after baking.

While the flakes are in the oven, the nuts should be lightly dry the pan. Berries to a heat treatment to expose is not necessary.
