Cheesecake
When did the first time, did not think the recipe to put here. And the pie was so tasty and tender that I decided to do it again and to share with the cooks. Actually, the berries can be used not only cranberries, but the cherries, I think raspberries will work, who want both.

Ingredients

Mix the flour with salt, add the oil and grind. Beat eggs with sugar, add the flour and mix well. The dough turns soft. Wrap in clingfilm and put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Cottage cheese mixed with pudding. Beat eggs with sugar, add sour cream and butter, mix well. The cottage cheese in a blender, mix with egg until smooth to avoid lumps.

Roll the dough, spread in a baking pan, to make bumpers. Put half of the cottage cheese mixture, top with the cranberries and the remains of the cheese mass. Put in a preheated oven to 170-180 degrees for 50-55 minutes.

Meantime, prepare the cranberry sauce. To the berries add the sugar and the juice from the cranberries, put on fire to dissolve the sugar. Starch dissolve in a little water and a thin stream while stirring add the berries and bring to boiling.

Take out our cheesecake and let it cool slightly and spread on top of our cranberry sauce.
