Turkey salad and eggplant
Spontaneously, but was very tasty! Recipe invented on-the-go of "what was", but not without the classics of the genre and mix to combine. Thank you to my son, who refused to Turkey. Ingredients

  • Turkey

  • Eggplant

  • Carrots

  • Pepper

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Olive oil

    100 ml

  • Arugula

  • Sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Cilantro

Eggplant cut into slices, then into strips. Soak in salted water somewhere in half an hour. Then the water is drained, the eggplant opolaskivaniem. Squeeze excess water and put the eggplant in a pan with hot oil.

In a large bowl mix the arugula leaves, chopped cilantro, eggplant and Turkey.

Optional, you can season with sesame seeds and decorate (I have trouble with that one).
