  • Beets

    300 g

  • Herring

    200 g

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

1. Herring cut into slices 2. Arugula wash, dry 3. Beets cut into dice and mix with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

For the filling mix the remaining oil with mustard and soy sauce

Into serving dish, place the arugula, beets and herring. Pour dressing and serve
