My friends and I love to go for discounts-coupons in restaurants, pubs or cafes. It comes out quite inexpensive, but tasty, satisfying and fun! This salad from one dear a place called "Shanti". Original, easy, simple, juicy and delicious! Can be used as salad-appetizers for a holiday dinner and for everyday snacking. A great combination of ingredients.

MAGGI seasoning® On the second tender chicken breast in Italian I loved it. Especially the cooking process. Fast, easy and fun. And what flavor is m-m-m! To fight off the fillet and place on one half of the sheet with the spices

To make the sauce: mix the sour cream, soy sauce, lemon juice and allspice.
Cut fillet into strips, place them on a dish, top to flavor the sauce.
The second layer add the canned corn and again lightly season with sauce.
Around the lettuce to make a "rim" of chopped greens. Figs cut into quarters and spread the slices in the middle of the salad.
I made three servings (three plates). Bon appetit!
