Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

  • Mushrooms

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Cream cheese

    100 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Greens

    1 handful

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Sugar

For the filling cut onion into strips and fry in vegetable oil until soft.

Add the mushrooms (thawed), fry together for 2 minutes.

Add the chopped greens, sprinkle with salt and pepper - to taste.

The cream is put on the fire heated, add cheese. Stirring, over medium heat, melt cheese in cream.

The dough thinly roll out. Put into the form. Cut the excess dough and roll out again.

Spread the filling. Distributed evenly.

Pour the cream cheese filling. Bent bumpers.

Sprinkle shredded cheese with a neutral taste. You can, of course, and grate, but I like it better when the cheese is clearly noticeable in the filling.

Remaining dough cut into strips, spread on a pie in a random order.
