Salad with barley and chicken
This salad turns a rich, hearty, but light and fresh. Chicken prepared in the leaves ONCE without a drop of oil and great for salads. Thanks to the spices in which to roast fillet, lettuce becomes saturated and does not require special dressings, just a bit of olive oil. Barley creates interesting texture and gives the salad satiety. And salad leaves, cucumber and beans - freshness. This is a very interesting and delicious combination that I recommend you to definitely try.

Ingredients

  • Pearl barley

    30 g

  • Chicken fillet

    1 piece

  • Seasoning

    1 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Green beans

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Lettuce

    0.5 coup

Cooking

Chicken fillet lightly beat off. Not much, about 2-3 cm in thickness. Put the fillet in a leaf with spices, MAGGI® On the second tender chicken breast

Fry in a dry frying pan without adding oil with two sides for about 7 minutes on small fire
