Cream dessert
Delicate cream of beans with caramelized fruit - quite unexpectedly, but very tasty and refined, the taste of the beans is completely absent - only a gentle cream!

Ingredients

  • Apple

  • Pear

    1 piece

  • Quince

    0.5 piece

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Almonds

    3 Tbsp

  • Mac

    1 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

Cooking

Soak the beans for 12 hours. Drain the water, pour 300 ml of water and cook until tender, put in a colander
