Cooking
To prepare the products.
Sift flour, add baking powder, salt, sugar, oil, eggs and knead the dough until smooth. The dough should be quite steep. Then the dishes with the dough, cover with cling film and put into the refrigerator for 25 minutes.
Cream preparation: Remove the lemon zest, squeeze the juice. Lemon juice pour into a saucepan, add the zest, sugar, two egg yolks, starch and put on a moderate heat, while stirring constantly. Once the cream has thickened, remove from heat and allow to cool.
The dough, remove from refrigerator, unroll and lay out the small cups for baking. On top of the dough lay out the foil, pour the peas (this is done so that when baking the pastry is not deformed). Shape put on roasting tray and bake in the oven at a temperature of 1800С 15 minutes. After the pastry has baked, remove them to a plate to cool.
Cooled down on the baskets to pour the cream, place the berries, decorate with mint and powdered sugar.
