Chicken stew with vegetables - juicy, flavorful and versatile dish! In this meat and side dish are prepared right! The recipe is from my mom's cookery notebook, love in my family. I hope You like it too!

Cooking
To prepare the products
Chicken fillet cut into cubes (about 2x2 cm)
Chop the onion quarter-rings
Carrots and squash cut into thin sticks or grate on a grater for Korean carrot.
Reheat in a pot or saucepan with 3 tbsp oil and on high heat fry the chicken for 4-5 min.
Add the carrots and fry for 3-4 minutes. Add the onion - 4-5 min.
Add the pumpkin, cabbage. Mix well. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour 100 ml of hot water.
Reduce the heat to medium, cover the lid and simmer, stirring occasionally, 15 min.
Add zucchini, ketchup or tomato sauce. Add spice mixture and garlic passed through the press.
Simmer 10 min. For a couple of minutes until cooked add chopped parsley.
