Meat loaf is very easy to prepare. And if to show imagination and to meat stuffing add the lentils and oat flakes "Hercules", the taste is just mysterious. Cooking
To prepare lentil - meat loaf I used lentils Canadian green large TM"Mistral". Canadian lentils do not require soaking. To the washed lentils and place in a saucepan with water in the ratio 1:2 and bring to a boil. To cook green lentils for 15-20 minutes.
Cooked lentils grind blender.
Lightly beat the eggs in a large bowl.
Add to the scrambled eggs tomato paste and stir.
Now add minced meat (I had chicken-pork), minced onions, oatmeal "Hercules" TM "Mistral".
Add ground green lentils TM "Mistral", seasonings and salt to taste.
Mix the ingredients so that all ingredients are distributed evenly. Pour the mixture in greased with vegetable oil a rectangular aluminum mold (size 23 x 11). From the resulting mass I got two lentil - meat loaf.
To prepare the sauce use brown sugar TM "Mistral".
For lubrication lentil - meat loaf, whisk together the ingredients: tomato paste, Apple cider vinegar, mustard and brown sugar.
Evenly spread sauce on top of the surface of the "bread." Put bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 45 minutes.
Lentil - meat loaf is ready!
