We all love to eat, but we wish to preserve the shape. Diet we immediately reject, and healthy eating all is boredom. So these simple dishes will not only help to preserve the shape, but will become an ally in the fight for health and a thin waist!

Ingredients

  • Turkey

    700 g

  • Yogurt

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Dill

    10 g

  • Pepper

    100 g

  • Salt

Mix yogurt with finely chopped herbs, onions and spices.

Take the egg and pepper.

Add the our mixture to the egg and mix well. Pepper wash, remove seeds and cut lengthwise.

To form the rolls, put inside the pepper.

Firmly put in silicon form.

Pour our mixture. Bake at 150 degrees for about 40 minutes. Sprinkle with optional sesame seeds and bake another 20 minutes.
