For a start, it is better to prepare the dough. To do this in the sifted flour, add sour cream, egg and salt. Knead soft, elastic dough. While preparing the filling, the dough is put into the cold.

Roll the dough very thin. Well lubricate the form of butter, put into it the dough so that the edges hanging.
Spread on the dough, toppings, and evenly pour over it the sauce.
Cover the dough the filling, brush the surface with egg yolk.
