Chicken cut into pieces. Mix well the eggs with salt and pepper. Add portions of starch, stir well. Pour starch into the chicken mix and leave for 15-20min.
Garlic and ginger RUB on a small grater. Add soy sauce, vinegar, balsamic vinegar, sugar, water.
Chicken with starch mince.
In a heated pan of oil, a tablespoon put the minced meat and fry in small portions, over high heat for 3min. on each side.
Spread on a napkin to stack the excess fat. That's how it turned out.
In a clean pan, pour the sauce. heat to boiling, add finely chopped hot pepper and green onions. Put the chicken and stirring thoroughly, allow to cover with glaze. Ready!
