The cupcakes are soft, sweet, with a pleasant cranberry acidity, just melt in your mouth! Very beautiful to look at!

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    1 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Cranberries

    100 g

  • Honey

    100 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Vanilla

    1 g

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Bread crumbs

    2 Tbsp

Ingredients to make honey-carrot cake with cranberries.

In a deep Cup beat the eggs with the honey and 2 tablespoons of sugar, add butter, soda, flour, lemon juice, vanilla and grated carrot, mix well the dough with a mixer (4-5 minutes).

Take a baking pan on the bottom of each ramekins and pour a little batter, then spread the dough, top with the cranberries and on top of cranberries 2 tbsps sugar. Put the form in a preheated 180 gr. the oven for 30 minutes.
