Salad
Simple, comfortable, lightweight, vitamin salad of summer vegetables. Decoration is dressing using soy sauce TM "Kikkoman".

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    250 g

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Radishes

    5 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    0.75 Tbsp

Cooking

Radish, cucumber, pepper wash, dry. Shred cabbage finely, slightly mash with your hands. Cucumber, radish cut into thin wedges. Do peppers remove the seed box, cut into strips.

Vegetables mix. For dressing mix to dissolve the sugar, soy sauce, lemon juice, sugar and olive oil.

Prepared dressing salad. Mix well. Let stand for 15 minutes and serve. Bon appetit!
