Vedic candy chickpea

Ingredients

  • Chickpeas

    150 g

  • Almonds

    100 g

  • Sunflower seeds

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    15 g

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    10 g

  • Sesame

    10 g

  • Coconut shavings

    10 g

Chickpeas soaked in water for 12 hours.

Then drain and rinse, if desired, the chickpeas can be manually cleaned from couroc to get more tender mass. Boil 40-60 minutes and dry on a towel. In a blender mix all ingredients until a crumbly mass, similar to shortcrust pastry.

Form the balls and coat in coconut flakes, cocoa and sesame.
