Oat pudding with raspberries and apples
The fragrance that exudes from this casserole during cooking will drive crazy anyone! Very simple but incredibly tasty dish, and both hot and cold. Invite!

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    1.5 cup

  • Brown sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Almonds

    0.5 cup

  • Raspberry

    1 cup

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Milk

    1.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Honey

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla essence

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Butter

    20 g

Mix in a bowl: oat flakes Mistral, chopped nuts, cinnamon, sugar and salt.

In another container mix the honey (if thick, then after it melt), milk, egg and vanilla essence.

Liquid mix with dry mix. Apples peel and cut into small dice.

Mix the berries and apples gently with the dough and put in greased with butter a baking dish. Sprinkle with cane sugar. Bake at 180 degrees for about 40-45 minutes, until Golden brown. Cool slightly and serve!
