Honey rabbit with apples and red onion
A great dish for a romantic or cozy family dinner. Flavorful honey mustard rabbit with caramelized onions, apples and prunes. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Rabbit

    750 g

  • Red onion

    2 piece

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Prunes

    6 piece

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    25 g

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 piece

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 piece

  • Brown sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    2 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Rosemary

    1 piece

  • Dry white wine

    50 ml

  • Balsamic

    1 Tbsp

Rabbit cut into portions, season with salt and pepper.

Red onion cut into feathers.

Apples are cleaned, cut into slices, plum slices.

In skillet, heat butter and olive oil, sauté rabbit over medium heat on both sides until Golden brown, put them into a heatproof dish.

Caramelizing onions, the onions should become soft and the sugar to dissolve. Pour balsamic vinegar, salt, fry for a few minutes. Shift the onions to the meat.
