Cooking
Flour, butter, softened, 3 tablespoons sour cream salt and knead the dough. Roll into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
Mash feta with a fork, kashkaval (or cheddar) three on a coarse grater. Mix cheese.
Take out the dough from the refrigerator. Now we need to lay it in a baking dish. Form I had 26 cm, oiled, and at the bottom I put the paper for baking. The dough I lightly roll with a rolling pin first, and then directly in the form of a stretched, kneaded with the fingers. We definitely need to form ledges.
On the dough put the cream cheese.
Sprinkle with black olives.
On top of the olives spread cheese mixture. And sprinkle with finely chopped green onions.
Whisk the eggs, add the cream and 100 grams of sour cream, tablespoon flour. Mix thoroughly, pour the filling. Bake quiche in preheated to 180 degree oven for about an hour.
Give the cake to cool, cut and try. All a pleasant appetite!
