Meat pie in a yeasted pastry
HUGE meat Patty =) highly recommend, especially for the holidays when a lot of guests.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Milk or water

    0.75 cup

  • Butter

    70 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Yeast fresh

    20 g

  • Sugar

    1 piece

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Minced chicken

  • Apple sour

    1 piece

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Apple juice

    200 ml

  • Paprika

    1 tsp

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Prepare yeast dough. Melt the butter and cool. In warm water or milk (35-37°C) to dissolve salt, sugar and yeast. Pour butter and vegetable oil and mix well. Gradually add the flour and knead soft elastic dough. The dough to grease with vegetable oil, put in a large bowl and leave to rise in a warm place.
