Cooking
For marinade: in a bowl mix soy sauce, sesame oil, lemon juice, red pepper flakes and sugar. Chicken fillet cut into thin strips and marinate in the marinade for 30 minutes.
While chicken is marinating you need to chop all of the vegetables. Onion cut into feathers, small tomato slices, bell pepper, cabbage and carrots into thin strips.
In a saucepan heat the oil and quickly fry the marinated chicken, add grated ginger, onion, finely chopped garlic and fry for a few minutes.
Add bell pepper and cook for 1 minute.
Then the carrots and cook for another minute, stirring occasionally.
Then add the cabbage and tomatoes. Cook for another 1 minute and remove from heat.
Add to taste soy sauce and stir.
Lettuce to break it and make them the bottom of the plate. Ready to put on top of warm salad, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and immediately serve. Bon appetit!
