Recipes for Apple pies thousands, but I love to experiment and lower the calorie content of various dishes, so I decided to publish this recipe: instead of regular flour - buckwheat and oat flakes instead of sugar - fructose and honey. Turns out this buckwheat cake with apples, ideal for a healthy diet, calories 110 kcal/100 g.

Cooking
You set the oven to 170°C. RUB the Yolks with honey and fructose, add the yogurt and fermented baked milk. Sift the flour into the egg mixture with baking soda, add oats. Leave the dough for 15 minutes, meanwhile cut the apples, mix them with cinnamon, then add to the dough. Dump everything in a form,bake in the oven for about 50 minutes(readiness check toothpick).
I think that would be delicious with sour cream or jam.
