Bananas grind in puree, I did it with a potato masher. Add the cinnamon, vanilla and mint
Add the cheese (I didn't bother, I like the grainy structure), sour cream, egg and oil Oleina. Mix
Add starch and oat flakes
Mix thoroughly. The dough is ready.
Tablespoon spread the batter on baking paper on a large distance from each other. Sprinkle top with crushed nuts or sesame seeds as desired.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25 - 30 minutes.
