Cooking
First, pour the gelatin with a little water and leave to swell. After 10 minutes, put it on a steam bath. Meanwhile, grate on a fine grater chocolate.
Now whisk the sour cream with sugar. The amount of sugar depends on Your preference, to my taste 3 tbsp at the time :)
To whipped sour cream, add the chocolate chips and the grated apples. Mix everything together until smooth.
Dissolve gelatin remove from heat and pour in a thin stream into the cream while stirring it.
