Cooking
For salad we need.
Beets clean, wash, cut into small cubes, cover with water (so the water covers the beets completely), place in the microwave on full power for 10 minutes. Drain the water, rinse the beets with cold water, dry.
Cucumbers cut into cubes, cherry tomatoes - quartered.
Mix beets, cucumbers, tomatoes, arugula and pumpkin seeds. Season with a mixture of olive oil and vinegar.
