Marzipan loaf with almonds
The original taste of the loaf. Thank You-The Author Of The Party.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Yeast

    30 g

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Salt

  • Lemon peel

  • Marzipan

    200 g

  • Egg white

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Almonds

    150 g

  • Rum

    20 g

  • Powdered sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Yeast to dissolve in milk.Add half of the sugar and a little flour.Knead the dough,leave on for 15 min.

Melt butter and sugar,with salt

and with the zest(using melkuyu grater)

With the remaining flour add approached the dough and knead the dough. Cover with a cloth and leave for 15 min.

For the filling,nuts-almonds to promolot in a coffee grinder,beat the eggs,
