Pumpkin peeled, cut into small cubes. Add to the pot, cover with water. Bring to boil, cover and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.
Apples and pears peel and seeds. Cut into cubes. Add to the pumpkin that was cooked 20 minutes, stir, cover and cook for another 5 minutes. After 5 minutes turn off and leave to cool at room temperature. When cool, drain in a colander to rid of excess liquid, just for a minute. Now kill all the immersion blender until smooth. Add ginger, cinnamon, lemon juice and vegetable oil, mix with a blender. If the squash is not sweet, you can add a little honey. Ready dessert put in kremanki and decorate with chopped nuts.
