Grilled pineapple with soy-mint syrup
Today our menu is very simple, but also elegant and savory dish that is prepared with minimum ingredients. This dessert is perfect for the holiday table after a few changes of dishes)

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    75 g

  • Water

    150 ml

  • Mint

    1 coup

  • Coconut

    30 g

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Pineapple

    1 piece

To prepare the syrup we will need sugar, water, mint and soy sauce.

In a pan put sugar, pour water, heated over low heat, stirring until the sugar has dissolved, increase the fire, bring to the boil and leave for a minute to cook.

Now remove from heat, add mint leaves...

... and soy sauce. Stir, leave to cool and infuse.

My pineapple, cut into 8-10 pieces, cut the hard part.

Fry the pineapple on the grill each side for 2-3 minutes.

Cut from the pineapple peel, cut into pieces, pour the syrup and refrigerate until cool and serve.
