Figs in batter
A delicious, juicy dessert. The champagne here can be replaced carbonated water and fruit juice.

Ingredients

  • Figs

    5 piece

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Egg white

    1 piece

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Champagne

    1 cup

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Brown sugar

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

1. Figs dipped in honey, roll in sugar and leave for 20 minutes.

2. In the sifted flour add the egg yolk and butter, mix well.

3. Small portions to introduce milk and champagne.

4. Protein vzbit in a solid foam, gently put in the batter. In a saucepan heat the oil, dip the figs in the batter and fry in oil. Then place them on a paper towel to glass the excess oil.

5. For the sauce in a heated pan pour the champagne, add the honey and soy sauce. Cook for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.

6. Serve the figs with the sauce. Bon appetit!
