Casserole with mushrooms and ham in a frying pan
Another option for a delicious and quick dinner. Prepared and served traditionally in the pan.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    500 g

  • Ham

    250 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Parsley

    3 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

Cooking

Prepare all the products. Chanterelles pre-defrost and squeeze. Turn on the oven on 200 degrees, so it warmed up.

In frying pan dissolve butter. Throw chopped onion and garlic. Stir fry for 2 minutes.

Mushrooms cut in small pieces. Add to the pan, fry for 5-6 minutes.

In a deep bowl pour the cream, break the eggs, add salt and black pepper. Whip with a whisk.

Pan with mushrooms and onions, remove from fire. Add the finely chopped parsley. Add the ham cut into small cubes. Mix. On top pour the egg-cream mixture.

Put the pan in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Pan, of course, should be no plastic handles!! I have a metal handle.
