Palau-Lobo and radish salad
Risotto with radish and radish salad "SAI". For fans of radish - pilaf with pickled radish. Plus bonus salad "SAI" to the pilaf radish. Prescription international Kazakh - Uzbek pilaf and a salad.

For cooking pilaf take the rice "Indica" white long grain from "Mistral". The pre-washed rice and fill with salted water.

Cut onion (or grate) half-rings, radish thin strips.

Lamb (flesh) cut into cubes with a size of about 1.5 cm.

In the cauldron of lamb (fat) the fat fry the onion. If there is not a sheep fat, take plant oil.

Put in a large kettle and fry mutton until it will turn brown. And simmer 30 minutes.

Sliced radish we scald with boiling water and put in a large kettle. Stir, simmer 5 minutes. Do everything in a big fire.

Add salt, seasoning for pilaf and a pod of red hot pepper. I have peppers to Kazakhstan from Lyudochka Novoselova.
