Fried rice with chicken Chinese
Another delicious recipe for cooking rice!!!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    150 g

  • Green peas

    1 cup

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

For this recipe we will need 1 Cup of basmati rice from TM Mistral.

It must boil until tender. Then in cooked rice pour 1 tbsp soy sauce and set aside aside.

Onions and garlic peel and finely chop. Bulgarian pepper cut into strips.

Chicken breast cut into thin strips.

In skillet, heat vegetable oil, it must be very hot, almost Smoking. Put in a pan the onion and garlic and fry for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.

Then add the chicken and fry it for 2 minutes, the meat should turn white and slightly browned, but should not give juice. Do not forget to stir.

Add bell pepper and green peas and pepper and cook 2 minutes.

To the pan add the boiled rice, pour the remaining soy sauce and add sugar. Give everything a good stir so that the rice gets evenly distributed and absorbed the sauce, reduce the heat and cook for another 2 minutes.
