Oatmeal cookies with cranberries
Those who can't indulge your sweet tooth, but keeping fit, I want to offer this recipe. Tender, flavorful cookies, moderately sweet with a pleasant acidity. I love making cakes, but it is often very high in calories, so home I bake as before, and myself decided to try these cookies :)

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    4 Tbsp

  • Oat flour

    250 g

  • Yogurt

    475 ml

  • Sugar

    6 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    2 tsp

  • Carnation

    3 piece

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Cranberry

    2 Tbsp

  • Cranberries

    2 Tbsp

  • Almonds

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Add to a bowl of cereal, flour (I crushed the cereal in a coffee grinder along with cloves), sugar (you can substitute honey, brown sugar, etc), cinnamon, ginger.

Pour in a bowl, Bifidok (yogurt), stir and leave to swell for 30 minutes.

When the dough has thickened enough, add the cranberries, cranberries and almond flakes. My fridge has grinded berries cranberries and cranberry with sugar and I decided to add a little syrup in the dough.

Mix gently so the berries remain intact. Spread on a baking sheet (if you grease it with oil or covered with baking paper) and put in preheated oven temp. 180 for about 15 minutes. Bon appetit.
