The recipe for this cake - a magic wand. Like both adults and children. The cake is very soft and tender.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    9 piece

  • Sugar

    4 cup

  • Honey

    4 Tbsp

  • Margarine

    200 g

  • Soda

    1.5 tsp

  • Flour

    6 cup

  • Milk

    1125 ml

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Starch

    3 Tbsp

  • Butter

    450 g

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

For the dough beat eggs with sugar

Add honey

Soft margarine

Put on a steam bath

Continuously stir until the white foam

Remove from heat, immediately add flour, stir until smooth

On a well dusted surface spread the dough, form 5-6 balls, cover with towel, allow to rest 15 minutes; the dough will be sticky, each ball before rolling sprinkle with flour

Thinly roll out the cakes

Turn the pan inside out, sprinkle with flour, bake cakes

Cakes oven to a light blush at 170 degrees

For cream, combine all ingredients except oil. Cook on a medium heat, stirring constantly

Let cool a boiled mixture

Whipped butter to combine with the cooked mass
