Description

Pancakes with chicken and mushrooms
When I think of how to describe the taste, nothing but the definition of "nice", I can't think of. Everything is on their places, all unobtrusive, soft, comfortable, moderately crisp cheese crust, sweet filling, thin dough. It's like a Symphony orchestra where all instruments play the melody, while slightly complementing and negating each other. In short, Bon appetit!
